We offer our overseeding service in conjunction with our core aeration service to ensure that you receive the best results possible. Pairing overseeding with core aeration is much more beneficial for your lawn than just overseeding your lawn by itself. When we aerate your lawn, we use an aerator machine to remove small plugs of soil in order to reduce compaction; this leaves behind small holes where these soil plugs were removed. If you spread grass seed over your lawn right after aerating it, the seeds will fall into those small holes. This gives your new grass seeds a much better chance at successfully germinating and establishing root systems.
